See more emergency and resuscitation experts committed to improving how sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) is recognized, treated and measured in the United States. Working in five pilot states, these expert partners will implement statewide programs that align EMS programs and hospitals to improve and coordinate an "integrated-community response" to SCA. The goal will be to improve SCA survival rates significantly in each state within five years by expanding and replicating successful city and county out-of-hospital cardiac arrest response programs to statewide levels.
