I published in the Journal of Cataract and Refractive Surgery both the Double Chop technique which fractures the endonucleus in half, and the Cross Chop technique which bisects the contralateral heminucleus in half. These techniques utilize no ultrasonic energy or vacuum, using pure mechanical fracturing. I hope these narrated videos will help your surgical skill, so you can be the best for your patients.
